THE FILIBUSTER by Per Webering
– 10 ml Svart
– 20 ml bianco vermouth
– 20 ml mezcal
– 0,5 bar spoon saline solution*
– 10 ml green Chartreuse
– Lemon zest for garnish
Stir all ingredients over ice then strain into a coupe glass and squeeze a piece of lemon zest over the glass.
*SALINE SOLUTION
dissolve 1 ml of salt in 100 ml of water.
