The summer twist
RHUBARB 75
– 4 cl gin
– 2 cl fresh lemon juice
– 1,5 cl rhubarb syrup (recipe below)
– Chilled Sparkles to top
Combine gin, lemon juice and rhubarb syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard for 5 seconds. Pour into glass and top ut with chilled, dry sparkling wine.
SYRUP
Combine below in saucepan and bring to boil and let simmer for 5 minutes, put in fridge overnight and strain.
(Re-use the rhubarb for something yummy)
– 340 grams chopped rhubarb
– 2 dl water
– 2 dl cane sugar
– 1 vanilla bean
