A Midsummer Cocktail using both Akvavit and Röd

PICKLED MIDSUMMER

  • 3 cl Stockholms Akvavit
  • 2 cl Stockholms Aperitif – Röd
  • 2 cl Honey Water (10:1)
  • 3 cl Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 cl Pickle Juice*
  • A dried dill sprig for garnish

Shake the above with ice and double strain into a Nick & Nora glass, garnish with dried dill.

*The pickle juice is made from the botanicals of our Akvavit – juniper berries, angelica root, coriander seeds, heather, elderflower, caraway & fennel seeds, that are mixed together with water, apple cider vinegar and sugar.
