Perfect to enjoy out in the woods

OAK TODDY
– 2 parts Stockholms Bränneri Oak Gin
– 1 part ginger and fennel simple syrup
– 4 parts water
– 1 tsp honey per serving.

Mix Oak Gin, simple syrup, and water. Then heat gently. Add a teaspoon of thick, local honey when serving.
If pre-batching, add one teaspoon per serve with the other ingredients. Why not put in your Thermos and enjoy outside?

*GINGER AND FENNEL SIMPLE SYRUP
– Equal parts water and sugar by weight.
– Fresh ginger: 25% of water in weight
– Fennel seeds: 2,5% of water in weight.
Heat sugar and water gently until sugar is completely dissolved. Add ginger and fennel seeds and set aside to cool, then strain.
