Negroni with Stockholms Aperitif – Röd and Stockholms Akvavit

James Andrews’ light version of a Negroni using our Röd and Akvavit.

NEGRONI ROSITA
2 cl Stockholms Akvavit
3 cl Stockholms Aperitif – Röd
2 cl Vermouth Bianco
0,5 cl Coffee tincture*
Pinch of salt
Zest of Pink Grapefruit for garnish

Mix over ice. Garnish with zest of pink grapefruit

*Coffee tincture: Infuse 20g of coffee beans (we use Kersch El Salvador blend) 100ml of vodka for at least 1hr.
