Lucidor by Tjoget 

This cocktail was created by our amazing friends at Tjoget Cocktailbar in Stockholm. It was served at our bar night February 8th 2019.

– 5 cl S|B Dry gin
– 2 cl Lemon juice
– 1,5 cl honey water*
– 1 cl egg white (1/3 egg)
– 0,5 fresh ginger
– 1 cl ayran
As garnish – bee pollen and turmeric

Shake everything without ice first. Then shake also with ice.
Decorate with turmeric and bee pollen

*3 parts honey and one part boiling hot water. Stir to dissolve the honey.
