– 40 ml Stockholms Aperitif – Svart
– 15 ml bourbon
– 40 ml heavy cream
– 20 ml cardamom/black pepper simple syrup*
– 1 whole egg
– 4 dashes Angostura Cocoa Bitters
– Nutmeg for garnish
Shake Svart, bourbon, heavy cream, simple syrup and the egg in a shaker filled with ice, then double strain into a glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
*CARDAMOM/BLACK PEPPER SIMPLE SYRUP
– 600 g sugar
– 400 g water
– 40 g black peppercorn
– 40 cardamom pods
Heat the water and sugar to dissolve the sugar. Add peppercorn and cardamom and let the syrup cool. Strain, bottle it and store cold.
